Character Specific Items

When you create a new character, the character
will spawn with a unique item that is critical to your success in this game.
Each character has a similar item as the Amazon one shown below. The item is
critical because of what it controls. In this version of Diablo, there are no
potions; your healing is controlled by this item. Also controlled by this item
is your protection against anti-rushing measures, your maximum life, and
equally important, your Spiritual Aptitude Points which allow you to taylor build
your character and provide various flexibilities as the character grows.
A number of features are active in that they update immediately as you improve
your character. However, some are passive and will not automatically update.
To address this short fall that will diminish as your character grows, the charm
is equipped with charges that force the game to update your early character.
Lastly, when you join a new game, or die, you need to activate this charm.
Simply left click on your charm to activate it when you die or join a new game.
Loading the game will not automatically enable all the features of this item.

Specialization Charm

Undead Chalice

This ceremonial chalice allows the necromancer to create
potions that exchange character improvement for summon improvement.
Find and Read the 1st through 5th Tomes of Nagash before experimenting
with this ancient relic.

Vial of Necromancy

This potion permanently transfers the necromancer's
spiritual power to his summons.
Consume the potion to finish the ritual.

Ancient Horadric Pottery

This magical artifact of eastern origins was imbued by the hands of
Fukurokuju, a mage of great wisdom.
Specialize your character by exchanging
stat points for skill points and vice versa.
10 Uses Max

Fukurokuju's Scroll of Enhanced Skill

The scroll of enhanced skill allows the reader to focus his efforts
on gaining an additional 2 skill points at the cost of 4 stat points
Empty a Minor Heal Potion into the Urn and read the
scroll to create the necessary elixir.

Fukurokuju's Potion of Skill

Consume the potion to gain an extra 2 skill points at the expense of 4 stat points

Fukurokuju's Scroll of Improved Spirituality

The scroll of enhanced spirituality allows the reader to focus his efforts
on gaining 3 additional stat points at the cost of 1 skill point
Empty a Minor Heal Potion into the Urn and read the
scroll to create the necessary elixir.

Fukurokuju's Potion of Spirituality

Consume the potion to gain 3 extra stat points at the expense of 1 skill point

Crown of Righteousness

This Crown symbolizes the Holy Paladin's rise in majesty and righteousness.
Cube the crown with your Character Charm to gain access to the Transformation.
To Transform yourself, Cube your Character charm.

Cup of Wrath

This Cup symbolizes the Black Guard's revelry in wickness and admonination.
Cube the cup with your Character Charm to gain access to the Transformation.
To Transform yourself, Cube your Character charm.
